Intro to Barbell Package
This package is ideal for the beginner who wants to get stronger, or perhaps just wants to know how to correctly perform the low bar squat, overhead press, bench press or deadlift.
We lay a solid foundation, building all movements from the ground up, which can be VERY beneficial even to those who have had prior barbell exposure. Movements can be modified to accommodate past injuries or limited range of motion.
This package includes two one-hour private sessions, thoroughly coaching you through the back squat, overhead press, bench press and deadlift.
In addition to private barbell instruction, we will lay out a personalized strength program, building upon the skills and knowledge that you gained during the time with your coach. The foundational programming we create for you here can help you get stronger for the next several months.
But it doesn't end there! We want you to be successful as you kick off your strength program. You have the option to video your lifts during your next two workouts and Summit Strength will review them in detail and give you feedback on your form, at no additional charge!

Cancellation policy for this package: If for some reason you need to reschedule, you may do so with no penalty, as long as you contact us greater than 24-hours in advance and we immediately put your next session on the calendar.
If you need to cancel our session entirely, and it’s greater than 24 hours, there is a non-refundable $15 booking fee.
Cancellations inside the 24-hour time frame will be charged penalty payment of $100. This also applied to no-shows.
