This package includes a guided warm up and 90 minutes of instruction on the squat, deadlift and press. Turn up the music and let Summit Strength guide your private party through the barbell movements, starting from the ground up.

Cancellation policy for this package: 20% of total amount due will be required at the time of booking. Remaining amount is due at the beginning of your session. Cancellations and rescheduling may be done with greater than 5 days notice with no penalty. Cancellations with less than 5 days notice will not be refunded the amount already paid.
